ABOUT
My name is Phiroza Vachha and I have created and run Sweet Imprints on my own. I don't pretend to be larger than I am, and hence will not needlessly use the word 'we' when in reality it is actually 'I'.
Working on my own has it's up as well as down sides. I can choose to be particular and finicky about every product. I don't have anyone hassling me about spending far too much time on one product or about the money lost redoing something if the need arises. I like things to look as perfect as I can possibly make them, and time and cost are not a reason for me to compromise on that. These are just some of the benefits of choosing Sweet Imprints to create your memory.
The downside of working on my own, is that my delivery periods might be longer compared to a larger company or possibly even other small single person companies. I do realise these periods are long, but I do assure you that I will have given my everything to make sure you are happy at the end of that period. Please have a read through the testimonials on this page to know what previous customers have to say. There are a lot more reviews and comments on the Sweet Imprints Facebook Page as well as on individual products. If you have a special occasion for which you need your product sooner, please get in touch and if possible I will try and accommodate your requirements.
Appointments are taken at my studio in Reading (near Jn 12 of the M4).
You could find details about how the process works here. If that does not help, I am always happy to answer any queries. You can contact me via this website, the Sweet Imprints Facebook page or call. No query is too small.
I cannot provide you the glamour of a fancy store ...but I can provide you with a product that matches, if not surpasses the product from a fancy store. Compare my work with all the other options that you have, and you will see the difference clearly. Every product of mine is made to be a beautiful memory. It is made giving every little detail importance. It is made to be special.
Lastly, I do realise that my products are not cheap. However, creating quality does not come cheap for me either. The frames that I use are far more than basic box frames. The jewellery that I make are not so thin that there is barely any depth to the print on them. I like to do things well and that unfortunately comes at a price for me too. The finish, quality and presentation of my products are of a higher standard to cheaper products. I spend time and effort on every little detail of every product. I do not just churn them out. Quality is of primary importance to me. It often makes my products look more expensive than they cost. If you are happy with a basic memory, then you will find it cheaper elsewhere. If you would like a special memory, presented in a beautiful and personal way, then please do get in touch with me. My favourite part of the whole process always is the excitement of seeing the happiness on the customer's face when they see their product for the first time. I look forward to seeing it on yours.
