All of Sweet Imprints products are personalised and made to order with your own precious prints or casts. Hence they have no resale value, if the order were to be cancelled midway. All the products are made in a way to ensure a happy customer. However, if there is something that you are unhappy with, please do get in touch with me and it will be addressed.

 

In the case of mail order jewellery, if the print taking kit has already been sent out to you and you change your mind before sending back the prints, you could cancel the order. The amount paid will be refunded after a deduction of £10 for UK customers and £18 for international customers. This deduction is made for the costs of the kit that was sent out and the associated postage charges. 

 

If payment has been made via Paypal, the charges deducted by Paypal will be passed onto the customer whilst calculating the refund amount.

 

In the case of the non-jewellery products, orders can be cancelled before the process has begun. Once the prints or casts have been taken, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Gift Vouchers cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
