The jewellery products take up to 4 weeks to be completed. Pieces over a certain weight have to be hallmarked by law. If the piece requires to be hallmarked, an extra 2 weeks would be required as the items need to be sent for hallmarking.

 
Jewellery pieces can be sent by post or you could come collect it from Reading. If sent by post, it will be sent by Royal Mail first class signed for delivery (within the UK). For international orders, the international track and trace service will be used.
