HOW IT WORKS - THE ORDER PROCESS
JEWELLERY MAIL ORDERS
Mail order jewellery orders can be bought and paid for on this website via Paypal. If this option is chosen, the whole amount would need to be paid in advance including any additional international delivery charge, if applicable. A kit will be sent out to you in the post for taking your prints. This kit would then need to be sent back to Sweet Imprints after the prints have been taken.
Once the prints are received back by Sweet Imprints, the jewellery product will be made and sent out by post in accordance with the delivery period.
ORDERS WHERE THE PRINTS OR CASTS ARE GIVEN AT AN APPOINTMENT IN PERSON
Appointments to give your prints or casts are held in Reading (near Jn 12 of the M4). Please click here for more information on appointments.
Payment would be required in part of full at the time of giving your prints or casts. Please click here for more information about payments.
Your product will then be completed within the delivery period. Delivery would be at the Sweet Imprints studio in Reading. In the case of jewellery products, you also have the option to have them sent via post. This option is not available for any other products.
