Terms and Conditions

DELIVERY CHARGES

Postal delivery is an option only for silver jewellery products. All other products will need to have the delivery done either by arranging a home delivery or by the customer coming to Reading to pickup the finished product.

Postal costs for jewellery products are:

Within the UK (First class signed for) : No extra charge

International orders (Track and trace): £15

These include the costs for sending the kit to take the prints as well as sending the finished jewellery product.

DELIVERY PERIODS

The delivery period for jewellery items is upto 4 weeks after receipt of the prints. If the piece requires to be hallmarked, it could take upto an extra 2 weeks as the piece will need to be sent for hallmarking.

For non-jewellery items the delivery period is upto 6 weeks after the prints or casts have been taken.

PAYMENT

When ordering a mail order jewellery, payment will need to be made in advance.

For non-postal orders, there is the option to pay in person and in 2 instalments. Payment in person is by cash or cheque only. If payment needs to be done using a credit/debit card, an online order would need to be placed selecting the Paypal payment option. Credit/debit cards payments are processed by Paypal and not by Sweet Imprints. In the case of making an online payment, the option to pay in installments would not be available. Payment would need to be made in full in advance.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

As these are personalised products that have no re-sale value, they are not returnable. If there is a problem, please get in touch and your issue will be addressed.
 
Cancellation of orders are possible only before the process has begun. Once the prints or casts have been taken, the order cannot be cancelled. In the case of mail order jewellery, if the kit has been sent out and the prints have not been received back, a partial refund can be received.
